The SDN-enabled MX2010 Universal Routing Platform is a high-capacity, carrier-grade platform that helps service providers and cloud operators address long-term traffic, subscriber, and services growth.
With the Modular Port Concentrator 11E (MPC11E) line card, the MX2010 delivers 40 Tbps of throughput in support of 400 100GbE interfaces or 80 400GbE interfaces in a single chassis. Ultra-high performance and density make the MX2010 ideal for a wide variety of edge, core, and converged edge and core applications, including business VPNs, next-generation broadband multiplay, and high-volume Internet and data center internetworking. The MX2010 also addresses the stringent requirements of mobile services with sophisticated timing and virtualization capabilities.
